Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 12/11/2023 from 3:00 pm to 4:11 pm, and staff records were reviewed on 12/12/2023 from 2:05 pm to 2:35 pm. There were 18 children in care at the start of the inspection, ages five years to ten years, in two groups under the care of five staff. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three children?s records, four medications and associated records, three staff records, and other program records. The children were observed in large motor activities, doing homework, and quiet activities.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
