Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/15/2024 from 3:14 pm to 4:50 pm and staff records were reviewed at the main office on 4/11/2024. There were 28 children in care, ages five years to 13 years , in one group(s) with six staff. Four child records, four staff records, zero medication records and associated records, and other documents were reviewed. Children were observed in indoor free play and having a snack.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

EVIDENCE:
The record for Child 2 has only one emergency contact, and two are required.
