Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Please complete the plan of correction (POC) and date to be corrected sections for each violation cited on the violation notice. Specify how the violation will be or has been corrected. Submit your POC within five (5) business days from today, which will be the close of business on 11-27-2024. A POC submitted after this date will not appear on the public website.

The vendor is required to keep a current list of all known allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions in each room or area where children are present. The records for Child #2 and Child #4 have food allergies/ sensitivities and parent preferences related to milk and peanuts. There was no written list of children?s names listing their allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions

Standard 8VAC20-790-180-B
The vendor shall maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs. There were 4 children observed in care and only 3 children were on the daily attendance. Child #1 had been at the program for more than 4 hours and not been marked on the attendance sheet.
