An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/24/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:14 AM and ended at 8:00 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children present and 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records on site and 2 staff records electronically on 12/2/2025.
