An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 11/15/2023 from 1:25 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. The complaint was received on 10/31/2023 regarding staffing and supervision. Three staff members were interviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations and the complaint dispositions was, therefore, ?not valid?.
