An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/17/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:45 AM and ended at 11:00 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 26 children present and five staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
