During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on April 25, 2025 completed on April 25, 2025. The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the last inspection related to Staffing and Supervision. The on-site inspection began at 11:50 a.m. and ended at 12:25 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and four staff. This inspection included interviews and observation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
