Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 02/24/2026 and completed on 02/28/2026. The on-site inspection began at 9:21 AM and ended at 11:00 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 19 children present and 4 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records onsite and 5 staff records electronically on 02/25/2026. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program

The center shall ensure that areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, are maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

There was a metal grate outside on the playground that was bent and rusty and accessible to the children in care.
Plan of Correction: The owner will work to have the grate replaced and staff will monitor the outside play area.
