Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 10/4/2023 from 3:25pm through 4:20pm. Off site file review was conducted 10/12/2023 from 10:00am through 10:30am. There were 46 children directly supervised by 6 staff. The physical plant, outdoor playground area, programming, menu, 6 staff records, 5 children?s records, 9 medications, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating snack which consisted of turkey, cheese, and apples and participating in various table top activities including playing with blocks, coloring and doing crafts. Positive interactions between children and staff were observed during this inspection. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials for the children. All staff on site had current CPR/First Aid certification and an adequate number of staff had current Daily Health Observation and Medication Administration Training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
