An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted with the director from 11am to 12:50 pm. The complaint involved clean and safe conditions as outlined under physical plant. Observation, interviews, a review of recordkeeping and photos concluded that the preponderance of the evidence does not support a violation therefore the complaint was determined to be invalid.
