Staff A was not able to communicate effectively with the Licensing Inspector (LI) who asked questions about how many children were present, the ages of the children, if anyone had allergies etc. Staff A asked a child in the room to answer one of the LI's questions.

Plan of Correction: The staff schedule was rewritten and the staff member was removed from the classroom.
