Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/11/2024 . The on-site inspection began at 12:30 and ended at 1:30. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 3 staff.
The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The playground was not inspected due to a bee infestation.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The snack menu had non USDA approved items on the snack menu.
Plan of Correction: Head Start staff will wwork with the school staff to make sure USDA requirements are met.
