A renewal inspection was conducted via a Virtual Component and an In-person component, beginning February 2, 2022 and was completed February 8 2022. The virtual component requested documents be sent to the inspector in advance of the inspection, and the in-person component reviewed staff records, child records, and the physical plant of the facility. No violations were observed during this inspection.
