Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on March 1 2024 between 10:30am and 12:00pm. There were 90 children in the direct care of 15 staff members. The physical plant, child records, staffing records, emergency drills, and injury reports were reviewed and inspected. The children were observed completing new "March" work, playing outside, and washing hands. A citation is listed on the violation notice. Based on observation, the center did not ensure that all food brought from home is clearly dated and labeled to identify the owner.

Evidence: Food brought from home in one classroom was labeled with a name, but did not have a date displayed to identify when the food was brought in.
