Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted. Observed 3 classrooms with all rooms in ratio with direct care staff. 9 staff plus the Director were present with 16 children in 1 infant and 2 toddler classes. Observed hand washing, transition to lunch time (cheese tacos, beans, lettuce, peaches and milk), the outside play area, free play and circle time with singing and reading. Rooms are well equipped, organized and have equipment that is age appropriate. 2 staff records and 3 children's records were complete, trainings are up to date and emergency preparation is current. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
