Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, documents review, and interviews.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 11/29/2021 and concluded on 12/14/2021. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 13 children present, ages 3 and 4 with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and three staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
