Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, and documents review.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 01/25/22 and concluded on 02/01/2022. The director was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was conducted, including observations made in the classroom. There were 10 children present, ranging in ages three and four, with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records were reviewed, there were no new staff.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
