Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on 10/29/2024 and completed on 10/29/2024. The inspection started at 10:40am and concluded at 1:45pm. There were sixteen children present and three staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and four staff records on-site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
