Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:50 a.m. and ending at 2:15 p.m. with the director. There were 113 children in care ages 5 months through 5 years old under the supervision of 19 staff.
Infants were observed sleeping and having play time on the floor. Children were observed during story time, lunch time and transition time. Lunch today was mashed potatoes, turkey meatballs, apple sauce and milk . Childcare areas, supplies, materials and the outdoor play areas were observed.
Nine children's records and seven staff records including annual training were reviewed. Five medications and authorizations were reviewed. Emergency drills were reviewed and up to date.
Space was calculated for an additional classroom and has adequate space to accommodate 11 children.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
