An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted in response to a self-report regarding an injury requiring outside medical treatment. Observation in the classroom was conducted, review of supplies and materials in the classroom and interviews with staff were conducted.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
