Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on June 22,2023 with the center director and staff. There were 8 preschool children present, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 0 staff records were reviewed. The children were having rest time and eating afternoon snack. The older children were making badges for graduation.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
