Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/13/2023 from 7:00am to 8:00am. There were 13 children ages 6 years old to age 12 years old supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, outdoor playground areas, programming, attendance, menus, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies and policies were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Children were observed participating in free play, snack and building activities. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
