Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were a total of 5 children in care (16pts) with the Provider. Three of the children were napping in cribs or falling asleep in an infant swing. The two older children were listening to music and engaging with one another. Walk thru of the programming area, crib room and bathroom was made. A review of the required postings was made along with 3 children's records, Provider and 1 household record. The home was maintained and equipped with ample amount of age appropriate toys and equipment for the children currently in care. No medication needs or food allergies at this time.
