Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted February 27 2023, between 10:30am and 11:45am. There were 7 children in the direct care of 3 caregivers. Children were observed washing hands and preparing for lunch. The physical space, evacuation drills, child records, caregiver records, and the application for renewal was reviewed and inspected.
