Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 14 2023 between 1:15pm and 2:00pm. There were 10 children in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children were observed handwashing, and then napping. Child records, staffing records, the attendance, evacuation drills, the emergency preparedness plan, background checks, and the physical space was inspected and reviewed.
