Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/22/2021. The director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 54 children present for virtual learning and 10 children present for in-person learning. There were a total of 10 staff present. The inspector emailed the director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The inspector reviewed 4 staff records and 3 children's records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The licensing inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care Programs.
