Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/27/2021 and concluded on 09/27/2021. The inspection was conducted after receiving a request to modify the center's license. A virtual inspection was conducted. The center is currently not operating; therefore, there were no children present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two staff records were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
