Areas Reviewed

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on April 10, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:30 a.m. and 11:35 a.m. There were 9 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 19 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing outside. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures was completed during this inspection. 3 caregiver and 5 children's records were reviewed.
