Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on April 10, 2024 between the hours of approximately 10:30 a.m. and 11:35 a.m. to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 9 children present with the Provider and 2 assistants for a total of 19 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing outside. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. 3 caregiver and 5 children's records were reviewed. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were cited during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and can be found on the violation notice issued to the provider. Thank you for your cooperation today.
