Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 in response to two complaints that were received by the Department on June 25, 2021 in the areas of staffing and supervision. Interviews with staff were completed and observations were made at the center. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint was determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
