An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/25/25 and completed on 8/26/25 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 8/20/2025 relating to supervision of children and forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included; document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
