Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 8/1/24 and completed on same, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:05 AM and ended at 11:55AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 66 children present and 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility and observations of classrooms.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on a review of records, one staff record did not contain all required documentation for orientation.
Evidence:
Staff A's record did not contain documentation of completion for recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect.
