Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on July 27, 2023 from approximately 9:15 am to 10:00 am. There were 9 children for a total of 25 points directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 2 staff records, 2 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on-site today. Children were observed playing freely with blocks and eating snack.
There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
