Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/3/2023 from 11:30 am-1:15 pm. There were 29 children (infants-5yrs.) supervised by 9 direct care staff. The physical plant, 5 staff records, 5 children?s records, and evacuation drills were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, tabletop activity, and playing outside. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
