An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/10/2024 as a part of the provisional licensure period. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 22 children present and 6 staff. The inspector reviewed 2 staff records on site.
This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
