Inspector Notes
A monitoring renewal complaint inspection was completed on 01/11/2023. There were 21 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 10:15a.m and concluded at 11:40pm. Reviewed background checks, playground safety, and sent the low-interest loan information.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
