Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews (if applicable) and a virtual tour of the program (if applicable).

A monitoring inspection was initiated on October 8, 2021 and concluded on the same date. The administrator was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 10 children present, ranging in ages from 3 years to 5 years, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with an applicable standard or law and violation was documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on interview and record review, there was not a person present at the center who is trained and certified in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

Evidence: Documentation for all the staff's CPR/FA certification expired on 9/17/2021.
Plan of Correction: All staff are signed up for a recertification class for CPR/FA class on October 12, 2021.
