Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/07/2021 and concluded on 05/11/2021. The Director was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were 62 children with 20 direct care staff in ratio for supervision. Reviewed nutrition (lunch served today was cheese pizza, salad and milk)'s records for children, health and fire certificates, trainings (first aid and CPR certification/MAT/Daily Health Observation) and emergency preparation. Physical space was observed using FaceTime. Observed children transitioning back into the classroom form the playground, infants eating, center time, Distance Learning classroom and music on-line class. No medication was reported to be on-site the day of the inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
