Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/14/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 50 children present, ranging in ages from infant to pre-K with direct care staff supervising and within ratios. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A sample of children records and staff trainings were reviewed. No new staff since the previous visit. All staff have FA and CPR certification as well as Daily Health Observation. No medication is reported to be on site today. Lunch served was quiche, peas and carrots, melon and milk. Obseved using FaceTime transition from the playground in the Toddler classroom as well as infant care (eating, and changing a diaper). The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
