Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring visit was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio with direct care staff supervising children. Observed children transitioning from the playground, diapering, activities, infant care, circle time and centers. Rooms are well equipped and maintained. Emergency medication is on-site with three staff having Medication Administration Training (MAT) certification. All staff have first aid and CPR certification and multiple staff have Daily Health Observation. Lunch served today was quiche, peas, fruit and bread. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
