Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection has been completed. The Provider and an assistant were present with 8 children for a total of 21 points. The Provider and assistant both have current CPR certifications but neither is MAT certified. The Provider stated no one is currently enrolled who has medication needs and the files were shown during the inspection. The Background Clearances for staff and household members were viewed and are current. The Inspector also observed emergency drills, menu, attendance, and childcare setting. Based on record review of the assistant's maintained record, it was determined the Provider did not complete documentation of reference #2.
Evidence:
1. The Provider had a complete reference written for reference 1 but the second reference did not include date the call was made, results of the call, and signature of person who made the reference call.
Plan of Correction: I will be sure to list that information.
