Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 11:50am-12:35 pm. There were 11 children for a total of 35 points directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed going down for nap. Diapering procedures were also observed. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

Violations
5Evidence:
1. Caregiver 2 started in October of 2022 and TB Screening is from January of 2022.
Evidence:
1. Yesterdays attendance was reviewed but today's was not listed.
Evidence:
1. There were 11 children present for a total of 35 points. There were two caregivers physically present.
2. The Provider stated that a caregiver was sent home for being sick and that another caregiver would be there soon. During the inspection, no one else arrived.
Evidence:
1. A baby was observed and the Provider stated child #3 was a family member's child and that the provider was only watching temporarily before the child moved out of the country.
Evidence:
1. The children were down on cots or in a crib for nap. Two children were observed on their cots lying down and drinking bottles.
2. A toddler was also observed in a crib lying down with a crib.
3. The Provider stated she only allowed it to help them calm as they don't drink enough at lunch.
