An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 1:45 p.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. with the director regarding a self-report referencing behavioral guidance.
Staff interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed.
Based upon the preponderance of the evidence collected during the inspection, determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
