An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted beginning at 1:45 p.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding programming, background checks and staff qualifications.
Documentation and staff records were reviewed. Classroom observation conducted. Staff interviews were conducted.
Based upon the preponderance of the evidence collected, there was no noncompliance documented and the complaint was determined to be not valid.
