An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/19/2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:15 pm and ended at 3:15 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 68 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site on 8/19/2024. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
