Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on December 7, 2021 and concluded on December 8, 2021. There were thirteen children present with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
