Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on April 14, 2022. There were thirteen children present with two staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
