Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/30/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 11:10am and ended at 12:45am. There was 1 caregiver with 4 children in 2 rooms of the house at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed playing freely, watching TV, playing on their tablets and kicking balls. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation today.
