Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today between 10:30am and 11:30am. There were 3 children present with the provider for a total of 6 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing freely. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Evidence: The provider did not have any documentation of attendance taken prior to the current week. This was previously cited on 6/30/2022.
