An unannounced focus visit was conducted on March 5, 2024 between the hours of approximately 9:30 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. There were 4 children present with the provider for a total of 6 points. The children were observed playing with blocks, play food and watching television. No violations were cited. Thank you for your cooperation.
